Women’s Mental Health Care
Designed for those seeking psychiatric & mental health support for symptoms related to anxiety, depression, perinatal (prenatal, postpartum) mood changes, OCD, stable bipolar spectrum, PTSD, emotional overwhelm and stress— specific to women’s mental health. These tracks combine psychiatric care, medication management, brief psychotherapy, and lifestyle-based recommendations.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, PMDD, perimenopause, or postpartum mental health challenges, we’ll explore psychiatric medications or hormone therapy only when truly needed—and always with care.
My approach focuses on the lowest effective dose, minimizing side effects, and prioritizing safety—especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For some, medication is a short-term bridge. For others, it's part of a longer-term plan. Either way, you’re not alone in making those decisions. We’ll work together to find the most supportive path forward—one that honors your unique body, mind, and goals.

I also incorporate somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, which focus on how stress, trauma, and emotional patterns live in the body. This work supports moving out of survival mode and into a more grounded, responsive way of being—one that honors your body’s wisdom and promotes lasting healing.
Additionally, I utilize Karen Kleiman’s Holding Therapy Technique, a gentle, compassionate approach designed specifically for women experiencing distress during the perinatal period. Holding Therapy creates an emotionally safe space where your feelings can be witnessed, validated, and held—without pressure to “fix” anything too quickly—so you can begin to heal at your own pace.

I believe in providing care that is personalized, comprehensive, and deeply attuned to your unique needs. To support this, I offer two distinct care models:
Insurance-Based Care
For more straightforward mental health care needs, I accept insurance through the platforms Alma and Headway. These services focus on addressing mental health concerns and providing supportive therapy within the parameters of your insurance plan.
Private-Pay Integrative and Functional Care
For more in-depth integrative and functional wellness services, I offer a private-pay model. This approach allows me to provide longer, more in-depth sessions, individualized treatment plans, and truly integrative care without the limitations often imposed by insurance coverage.
While I do not accept insurance for these integrative services, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request. You may be able to submit this to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your specific plan.
